At Cart Next, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time. This shipping policy outlines everything you need to know about how we process, ship, and deliver your purchases within Pakistan. Please read it carefully before placing your order.
Currently, Cart Next ships to all cities and towns across Pakistan, including major urban centres such as Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Quetta, Faisalabad, and Multan, as well as remote and rural areas. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you are outside Pakistan, we regret that we are unable to fulfil your order.
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct at the time of checkout to avoid any delays.
We offer two shipping options to suit your needs. Standard shipping is available for all orders across Pakistan and typically delivers within 4–7 business days from the date of dispatch. Express shipping is also available and delivers within 1–3 business days, making it the ideal choice if you need your order quickly. Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location and courier availability.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and delivery location. Standard shipping rates apply for regular deliveries, while express shipping carries an additional fee due to the faster turnaround. The exact shipping cost will be clearly displayed before you complete your order so there are no surprises at payment.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time. You can use this tracking number on the courier's website to monitor the status and estimated arrival of your package. If you do not receive a tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.
While we make every effort to deliver within the estimated timeframes, certain circumstances beyond our control may cause delays. These include extreme weather conditions, national holidays, courier disruptions, remote area deliveries, or high-volume periods such as sales and festive seasons. Cart Next is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services, but we will always do our best to assist you in tracking and resolving any issues.
If our courier is unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect address, no one being available to receive the parcel, or an unreachable contact number, the courier will typically attempt delivery again or hold the package at a local facility. Cart Next is not responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to inaccurate information provided at checkout. In such cases, re-delivery charges may apply.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at opulentbags.co@gmail.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if the package is visibly damaged. We will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the matter as quickly as possible, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the outcome.
